If you want to keep up on the goings-on in downtown Prescott, Arizona, or just get a flavor of where I live, this is the ticket right here. This webcam is on the roof of a building directly North of the Courthouse Square, where much of my business in conducted. I live just a few blocks from here up the hill you see when the cam turns to the East (i.e., to the left).

I didn’t realize that you live in Prescott, my older brother lived there for about 10 years in the late 1970s and early 1980s. I actually visited there twice while he was living there, I think the last time was 1986. Very cool place to live, especially when the cactus are in bloom below the Mogollan Rim. (I think I spelled that wrong)
I suppose it’s changed a bit in the last 20 some years but I’d like to see it again someday.
You were close, Amber. You just left out an “o”. It’s Mogollon Rim. Most people can’t even pronounce it, let alone have any idea how to spell it, so you did good. *smile*
I’m sure Prescott has changed a lot since ’86. I’ve been here since ’95 and feel sad every time I look around and see the houses on all the hillsides that used to be empty and full of wildlife. You’re welcome to visit anytime. I’ve got plenty of room.
Hey, I can pronounce it! It’s MUG – EE – YON! I’ve visited the Mogollon Rim many times over, starting all the way deep into the Gila and on over towards Quemado
(now try and pronounce THOSE ‘uns!)
It’s late, I’ll have to check out the cam tomorrow! I sooo want to go back to visit !
Just passing by.Btw, your website have great content!
Thinking about moving to prescott with my family. Never been there but everyone i talk to ,loves it! Want to get away from california. Too many nuts and taxes. Looking for a little slower pace life. Any Comments ? THanks Tired Of California
There are lots of people here that relocated from California. You can visit this website to learn more about the area: http://www.visit-prescott.com/.
Unfortunately, the webcam that I linked to in this post is no longer in operation.
